Merchant Fund Express reviews how your business performs today. Here is exactly how a file moves, so nothing about it is a surprise.
Amount to request
$85,000.00
Funding range$25K to $5M
*Sample amounts shown. Your actual offer depends on your business and is reviewed before approval.
The application asks about the business, the owner and the amount. A soft credit pull starts the review, so your score is not touched.
About three months of business bank statements is the core of the file. Tax returns are not needed for a typical first review.
Complete files are reviewed quickly, and qualified businesses can be funded in as little as 24 hours after signing.
Your offer shows the amount, the payment schedule and the total you will repay before you accept anything.
Most owners who come to us for credit repair are running businesses that already earn well. When they hear "funding application," they picture a stack of tax returns and a long wait at a bank. Working with Merchant Fund Express looks different, and it helps to know the steps before you start.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Apply | Fill out the five-minute funding application. It goes straight to Merchant Fund Express. |
| 2. Send statements | Upload about three months of business bank statements as PDFs from your bank, every page included. |
| 3. Review | The partner reads deposits, balances and existing payments. They may ask a short follow-up question. |
| 4. Offer | You see the amount, the payment and the total repayment in writing. Ask anything before you decide. |
| 5. Funding | Accept and sign. Qualified businesses can be funded in as little as 24 hours. |
| Document | What to send | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Bank statements | The last three full months, as PDFs from your bank | Shows deposits, balances and existing payments |
| Month-to-date activity | If you are past mid-month | Shows the current month is on track |
| Photo ID | For each owner | Confirms who is applying |
| Voided business check | Or a bank letter | Where funds are sent |
| Current funding list | Any advance or loan with its payment | Helps size an offer you can carry |
Use the same legal business name on everything, include every page of each statement, and list any current advances honestly. Missing pages are the most common reason a file slows down.
Look at three numbers side by side: the amount you receive, the total you repay and the payment, including how often it comes out. Then check the payment against a slow week, not your best one. If it only works in a good week, ask for a smaller amount or a longer schedule. Nobody should rush you, and you are never obligated to accept.
The partnership is built for established businesses doing $60K or more a month whose personal credit still shows an old setback. Merchant Fund Express considers FICO 500 and up and leans on how the business performs now.
Credit repair and business funding are separate services. Credit repair is not required to apply, funding does not improve a credit score, and every offer is subject to Merchant Fund Express's review. Learn more about our funding partner or read how business funding works.
